Based on your photos, you would be a great candidate and would benefit from liposuction to the flanks. Best of luck!
Abdominoplasty scars can be quite complex, ranging from the simple hypertrophic scar to a multiplane inflamed keloid. Pigmentation, discoloration, chronic inflammation, scar visibility can all occur in the short term. We begin each treatment with combination therapy using Yellow broadband BBL, Vbeam, fractional erbium, intralesional IIT, and scar modulation. Start with a combination of Plato's Scar Serum massaged twice daily after one week of epithelialization followed by Luminase/Exfolase. Scar consultation and revision may be recommended. Hello, liposuction could be a solution, but it will not be an excellent result only with lipo, it is required to extend the skin cut
The stretchmarks present on your hip skin reveal a loss of skin elasticity. Once your hip fat is vacuumed, the skin will be loose and your contour still wanting. You already have a scar in the neighborhood so it won't be a significant difference with regards to scarring, but a very big difference with regards to results.
There seem to be mostly fat redundancy issue in your case. Although skin excision would create better result, liposuction without additional scars would solve your current problem. Hope this helps.
Liposuction may do well for you and remove the excess fat. With liposuction, there is some limited skin tightening.
From the submitted photos it appears that liposuction to the hips and flanks should improve your contours. Depending on the amount of suctioning recommended you may be a candidate to have it performed in the office surgical suite under local anesthesia. See your surgeon for more information.
Based on the very nicely posted photos I would offer combination of directed liposuction with J-Plasma to the "dog ear" areas. Fee $5,000. Best to virtual consult with....
The area of concern may have skin laxity and excess subcutaneous fat. Your pictures are a bit insufficient to help clearly differentiate how much skin and or fat is contributing.Finding providers who can deliver a consistent quality Liposuction result is not always easy or straightforward. The following are some general recommendations to find the best provider. To find the best provider, I suggest patient schedule multiple in person consultations with experienced plastic surgeons in their community. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body or facial characteristics to your own. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. An experienced provider should in fact have hundreds or preferably thousands of before and after pictures to choose from for commonly performed procedures. Being shown a handful of preselected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results will look like in the hands of each provider. There is no correct number of consultations needed to find the best provider. The more consultations you scheduled the more likely you are to find the best provider for your needs. Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quantity and quality of before and after pictures. It’s not a bad idea to bring pictures of your own body/face to use as reference when reviewing before and after pictures. The biggest mistake patients make is scheduling only one consultation without properly vetting or comparing providers before scheduling surgery.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Based on your photos I'd do liposuction of your abdomen, flanks. Re-plicate your abdominal muscles. I'd also think there is enough skin to excise more and lower and improve your incision

Here are my recommendation: 1. liposuction the abdomen and love handles/flanks 2. remove excess skin: a small ellipse of skin can be removed from the lower abdomen. 3. tighten the abdominal muscles: rectus plication. This would give you a much flatter and tighter abdomen.
Thank you for your question. During an abdominoplasty many sutures are placed. Depending on the type that is used, some will dissolve in 6 weeks, some in 6 months. It is not uncommon for some of the sutures to push themselves out of the incision line. Sometimes hypertropic or keloid scarring...
