Congratulations on your impressive weight loss! From your photos it appears you have some further contouring that could be done to improve your results. If there is excess skin then your incision can be extended to remove that. The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation and discussion of your surgical goals.

To make an accurate assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete proper set of before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
It’s difficult to assess your outcome since you’re pulling on your skin.
Weight loss patients typically need more extensive skin surgery not Liposuction.
