5’7, 213lbs, 36, African American, female - need tummy tuck revision? (Photo)

Hello I am a 36 yr old African American female. I had a tummy tuck and bbl 2 years ago I also had gastric sleeve surgery prior to this surgery and lost 142lbs. My waist is small but I’m pretty sure my previous surgery got tired for the pics one side clearly has more lipo removed and then I also have back folds. 5’7 213lbs. Do I need a revision, body lift? I’m also concerned about my back fat. I have surgery scheduled for a round 2 bb with 360 lipo, I was told because I don’t have any stomach folds I wouldn’t be a good candidate HOWEVER there are still rolls lol… please advise as I want to know the best sequence to go about my tummy tuck revision first. Thank you.
