I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question! I think a neck lift procedure would benefit you the most. Although you don't have excess fat in the neck area and potentially no separation of your neck muscles, a neck lift with an incision behind your ear would allow the best way to lift and remove skin and help you achieve a better neck contour. Hope that helps and best of luck!
A facelift is often combined with a neck lift to lift sagging tissues and restore volume to the face. There are many types of facelifts with sometimes different names describing the same procedure. The most important aspect of a facelift/neck lift is to address the underlying tissue, called the SMAS. Many of the other nuances of facelifting do not make a great difference in the ultimate outcomes. Make sure to seek out the care of a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in treating the aging face. Find someone you connect with who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible. There are alternatives to the traditional facelift/neck lift. These include radiofrequency tightening technology, thread lifting, and submental platysmaplasty. The non-surgical options are less invasive but offer a less dramatic outcome and often are shorter lasting. In your case I would suggest trying a less invasive option firstGary Linkov, MDFacial Plastic Surgeon in Manhattan
Hello jillroberts2005,It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! I would recommend you getting a NeckTite procedure, to tighten the sagging skin around your neck, eliminate the neck rolls, and achieve long-lasting and natural-looking results. NeckTite is a minimally-invasive, advanced contouring device, FDA-approved and readily available nowadays. With NeckTite, patients who would prefer to avoid surgery and general anesthesia, can remove excess neck fat without leaving behind saggy, wrinkly skin. Recovery time required for this procedure is remarkably short (24-48 hours), and also pain-free, relative to traditional lipolysis methods. NeckTite is a leading-edge contouring solution that helps patients achieve results similar to a necklift without the associated costs and complications of excisional surgery. This scalpel-free, and scarless skin treatment is typically performed in the office, under local anesthesia. Using radio-frequency (RF) technology, the surgeon places a small probe beneath the skin that heats the tissues causing them to contract and tighten. Request an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon to assess your candidacy for NeckTite and discuss your specific needs and cosmetic goals. Best regards! Dr. De La Cruz.
Hello and thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to make a specific recommendation based on photo evidence alone. However, liposuction and CoolSculpting may be two treatments that can help you improve your concerns. Liposuction can eliminate excess fat deposits in the neck area, and CoolSculpting can tighten your neck skin. The two treatments together can produce a toned, smoothed and rejuvenated appearance in the neck area. It does not appear that you would be a candidate for a neck lift at this time, but discuss all these options with a board-certified plastic surgeon during an in-person consultation. Good luck!
From the pictures you may be a candidate for a SIMI (single incision minimally invasive) neck lift. Through one incision that is hidden in the crux of your neck I can liposuction excess fat and re-drape the neck skin for a smooth neck and jaw-line. Speak to a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation to discuss your options!
A non invasive technique is called Velashape. The skin tightens after it absorbs radio-frequency waves. If there is excess fat still underneath the skin, you might be a candidate for a mini scar neck lift which I helped to pioneer. The fat is suctioned from the neck and then through a small incision underneath the chin the muscle is tightened. Recovery is fairly quick. I hope you find this information useful.
Tank you for your question. Liposuction of your neck and lower face will help you very much but if you have your lower face and neck evn you are very young it will give you a more permanent and overall better result.
A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and c...
I hear your concern. Unfortunately in that area of the body, nonsurgical options do not provide a great value. A facelift/necklift type of procedure would probably be the best option. The best recommendations come from an in-person exam, and it may be worthwhile to schedule a consult with a ...
