I am 32 years old and was chubby as a child, which got me these neck rolls. No longer fatty just skin. How can I get rid of them?
Answer: Chin Contouring with VASER, ThermiRF, Coolsculpting, Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy, Exilis I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Neck lift A facelift is often combined with a neck lift to lift sagging tissues and restore volume to the face. There are many types of facelifts with sometimes different names describing the same procedure. The most important aspect of a facelift/neck lift is to address the underlying tissue, called the SMAS. Many of the other nuances of facelifting do not make a great difference in the ultimate outcomes. Make sure to seek out the care of a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience in treating the aging face. Find someone you connect with who will listen to your concerns and provide you with a framework for what is possible. There are alternatives to the traditional facelift/neck lift. These include radiofrequency tightening technology, thread lifting, and submental platysmaplasty. The non-surgical options are less invasive but offer a less dramatic outcome and often are shorter lasting. In your case I would suggest trying a less invasive option first Gary Linkov, MD Facial Plastic Surgeon in Manhattan

Answer: NECKTITE FOR A MORE YOUTHFUL APPEARANCE. Hello jillroberts2005, It’s a pleasure to answer your questions! I would recommend you getting a NeckTite procedure, to tighten the sagging skin around your neck, eliminate the neck rolls, and achieve long-lasting and natural-looking results. NeckTite is a minimally-invasive, advanced contouring device, FDA-approved and readily available nowadays. With NeckTite, patients who would prefer to avoid surgery and general anesthesia, can remove excess neck fat without leaving behind saggy, wrinkly skin. Recovery time required for this procedure is remarkably short (24-48 hours), and also pain-free, relative to traditional lipolysis methods. NeckTite is a leading-edge contouring solution that helps patients achieve results similar to a necklift without the associated costs and complications of excisional surgery. This scalpel-free, and scarless skin treatment is typically performed in the office, under local anesthesia. Using radio-frequency (RF) technology, the surgeon places a small probe beneath the skin that heats the tissues causing them to contract and tighten. Request an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon to assess your candidacy for NeckTite and discuss your specific needs and cosmetic goals. Best regards! Dr. De La Cruz.

Answer: What are my options to remove the excess neck skin/rolls? Hello and thank you for your question and photos. It is difficult to make a specific recommendation based on photo evidence alone. However, liposuction and CoolSculpting may be two treatments that can help you improve your concerns. Liposuction can eliminate excess fat deposits in the neck area, and CoolSculpting can tighten your neck skin. The two treatments together can produce a toned, smoothed and rejuvenated appearance in the neck area. It does not appear that you would be a candidate for a neck lift at this time, but discuss all these options with a board-certified plastic surgeon during an in-person consultation. Good luck!
