I’ve worked very hard to love my body despite having tubular breasts. However, the truth of the matter is, I love my body despite my breasts and now that I’m financially able to- I am getting implants and having the shape corrected! I am nervous and also SO looking forward to this journey!

I was very prepared for the breast augmentation part but not necessarily as prepared for what the nipple healing process would be like- with that being said, Nica & Dr. Hoffman were so helpful, supportive and communicative.

My breast shape is fantastic and while my nipple healing has been slower- it is progressing well and I’m feeling more and more confident!

Nipples have healed exponentially!!! Again, they are covered in Vaseline and adaptics bandages which is the slight square you might notice. Now that my nipples are doing better I can do a lot more of the massaging to support dropping/fluffing and positioning.

Scars under my breasts are definitely visible- but I’ve seen improvement and understand it can take up to a year for them to fully fade.

My nipples are healing great, my breasts are softening and dropping and things are feeling pretty great!

My left boob has dropped more but I know it’s a process! Can’t wait to see what they look like at 3 months and then 6!

My breasts and nipples are looking so great. They have dropped snd fluffed exponentially in the past few weeks. My right breast is still struggling a little to drop but the fold on that side was lowered- so I’m assuming it’s due to that!

I’ve returned to yoga and am feeling basically completely back to normal and feeling like my breasts 2.0 are a true part of me! I continue to be pleasantly surprised each time I catch myself in the mirror.

I’ve been going to yoga and getting back to exercise which Is great. One of my nipples has ended up a little oblong but I’m waiting to talk to the doctor about this and see what can be done. Regardless I am happy with my choice!

I just got back from Cabo with a girlfriend and it felt SO great to be in a swimsuit with my new breasts. I feel so much more confident in my body! Scars are lessening, but still quite noticeable if I lift my breast; my one year isn’t till March though, so this is still expected. Using bio oil now on the scars and still massaging/helping them fully drop and rest to where they need to be :)

Since I was 12 years old, I remember being self conscious about my outer thighs. I spent years trying to dress to hide them. As an adult I was tall and thin, but typically a size 2 on top (narrow shoulders, smaller chest) and 8 on the bottom. I dieted to the point of getting way too thin but the fat on my outer thighs remained. I finally decided to get liposuction. I only wish I would have done it sooner! Dr. Hoffman is amazing and put me at complete ease. The recovery went well (and quickly) and I am thrilled with the results. Dr. Hoffman answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him. I am so excited to go shopping for dresses (always a headache give my proportions) and my confidence has soared. I can’t thank Dr. Hoffman enough!

I have dealt with my muscle separation and sagging skin from having 11 pound babies for 30 years. I did CrossFit, ran marathons, did Orange Theory, cycling, you name it. Nothing could fix that skin. I finally decided to take the plunge. As a RN who works in the operating room, I started asking the surgeons I worked with. All of them recommended Dr. Hoffman. He used to work at my surgery center and the techs that worked with him said his sterile technique was impeccable. I met a few patients who had the procedure. They couldn’t say enough nice things about him. I did it and have never been happier. I am now six months out and my results get better and better. The incision healed nicely, and I feel great. I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo, and muscle repair. You cannot go wrong. Once you meet him you will fall in love with him and Nica. I ended up moving out of state, but am seriously contemplating flying back to have him do a breast lift. He is the only one I want touching me. The very best!

On top of never feeling rushed during my consult, I am 13dpo and have yet to experience any pain. I was never laid up and have felt fantastic. Stitches came out at 7dpo and my incisions also look great.

I was 2 weeks post op as of 11/24. Recovery has been a breeze and so far I'm still very pleased with my results. I will recommend Dr.Hoffman to anyone I know interested in breast augmentation.

I originally had an appointment with a 5-star ranked MD with a shiny beautiful office. I almost booked my appointment for surgery with her but wanted to get a second opinion because I did not want to pursue other options of cool sculpting, etc. I just felt like the science and evidence wasn't strong enough for some of these other non-invasive options. I ended up going to Dr Hoffman just for a second opinion. It was totally different as an experience as it was an older, less fancy office that didn't have all the fancy gadgets. That said, Dr Hoffman and his office manager, Nina, were amazing. They had great bedside manner and I instantly trusted Dr Hoffman.

As a medical professional, I really valued his strong communication skills and his methodical, patient-oriented technique. I only had lipo of the abdomen and was extremely happy with it. I'm relatively small framed and very athletic but just couldn't burn off inches of post-baby fat, despite exercising a lot. Postop, I felt like my pain was well-controlled and the follow up rechecks were excellent. Overall, very happy with the procedure.

That said, I still have abdominal fat months later - it's much improved and I'm so, so happy with lipo but I think people need to be cognizant that it is a combination of diet and continued exercise for maintenance.

I received a rhinoplasty from Dr. Hoffman in December and it was a great experience. The staff was amazing and I am happy with my results. Very natural and I got exactly the results I asked for when we spoke during the consultation.

After deciding I was ready for rhinoplasty, I spent a lengthy amount of time carefully selecting a surgeon and care team. As a registered nurse, I knew exactly what I was looking for (and exactly what I wasn’t looking for). I knew Dr. Hoffman was the perfect fit after our very first phone call, and I have felt confident in that decision every step of the way. My procedure was in December of 2020, and I could not be happier with my choice. Dr. Hoffman and his team spent extensive time explaining the procedure and recovery, ensured all of my questions were answered, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Not to mention, I love my results! I am so glad I chose Dr. Hoffman, and I recommend him to all!

I have had the true pleasure of entrusting my cosmetic surgery care to Dr. Hoffman and his team several times for a total of 3 different procedures between 2012 and 2018. Dr. Hoffman has expertly worked on my ears, my chin, and my nose, with truly superb, and deeply gratifying results.

I'll be brutally honest here: Prior to having these procedures by Dr. Hoffman, I was deeply unsatisfied with these aspects of my face for many years and I took a long, long time to start the process. I was nervous and unsure of what might happen as I started my own due diligence. I was sure, however, that I needed and wanted to evolve my look at let go of the discomfort I was feeling.

Above all else, I was interested in working with a surgeon who was not blinded by dollars and selling techniques, but one who was honest, kind, ethical, and took the time to explain each procedure to me without feeling rushed into making a decision. His rigorous education and training not only serves him well, but importantly, redounds to his patient's benefit.

For each of my procedures, I interviewed several surgeons in the Twin Cities, and each time I was drawn back to Dr. Hoffman for the reasons cited above AND because he has a great aesthetic eye, always careful not to overdo anything because the last image I would ever want is one that was exaggerated and a clear marker for "having work done." This is particularly true because I work in a face-forward profession with near daily client contact, either virtually, or in person. I will never forget how, each time, as we consulted pre-procedure, he would take the trouble to carefully hand-draw what he was envisioning, while thoughtfully answering the many questions I peppered him with. No surgeon I have met with ever did this. I loved the attention to detail and the truly lovely human touch.

Thoughtful and comprehensive consultation pre-procedure, deep care and comfort during procedure, and exemplary post-procedure consultation and assistance toward healing - this is what I received par excellence with Dr. Hoffman and his entire team.

I was not interested in those surgeons who race to the bottom with price, like it's a fire sale, and I was not interested in braggadocios/"celebrity surgeons" either. Dr. Hoffman and his team represented what I wanted - excellence in surgical skill, kindness, integrity, and care, a commitment to truly having his patients' backs, and a respectable price point.

I have been so happy, in fact delighted, with my procedures and how they have elegantly evolved my look. All I wanted was a physiognomy that was in harmony with itself and balanced a bit better than the way in which nature had earlier ordained. Dr. Hoffman was the surgeon/artist that made it happen and he welcomed any collaborative ideas I had. No longer am I uncomfortable with my ears, nose, and chin. Truth be told, I barely even think of them anymore - and that, to me, is a very positive sign. I don't think of them anymore because Dr. Hoffman did a great job each time, and I am no longer dissatisfied with the way these parts of my face look.

I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Hoffman without any reservation or hesitation.

I am one year post-op, and can say my abdominoplasty was life changing. I had consulted with several physicians, and as a nurse practitioner I reviewed all my potential surgeons closely. I chose Dr Hoffman, because he explained his procedure well and I had reviewed carefully his post op results as well as this credentials and post op care. It did take me a little longer than expected to get back to my “normal self”, but that was mainly because I’m active and was hoping to be back to normal activities soon after surgery :)

I love how my body looks, clothes fit better, and I am confident when wearing my bikini in public.

Absolutely impressed! I came to Dr Hoffman for a breast augmentation revision from 8 years ago. My general practice doctor noticed during a breast exam that my implants were going into my armpits. She suggested I get them looked at by a plastic surgeon ASAP. I thoroughly researched plastic surgeons & their work in the MSP area for months!

After meeting with Dr Hoffman, I knew he was my surgeon! He knew exactly what needed to be done, but also listened to me and my concerns on what I wanted and thought needed to be done as well!
