Calf pain after fat grafting

Please see your doctor immediately.  Calf pain could be a sign of a blood clot in your leg, which you are at higher risk for from the type of surgery you had.  

you should go and see your plastic surgeon as this could be normal but also it could be any issue related to the surgery, calf area is full vessels and nerves so this is the reason that you must get check to get sure  that none of these elements had any issue. Good luck!

Calf pain after any surgery could be due to a blood clot in the deep veins in your leg, also known as a DVT or deep venous thrombosis. These can, in certain cases, become loose and travel to your lungs (known as a pulmonary embolism), which can be fatal. This most likely is related to your surgery, but based on what you have said, I have to, again, recommend you immediately contact your doctor. If you are not able to contact your doctor, then consider going to the emergency room to be evaluated. This could be a life threatening condition. Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
