I had a surgery of transferring fat from stomach, back, flanks, upper and lower legged to my breast a week ago. Originally I didn't want to include calves to collect fat and my doctor thought I had enough to collect from other areas, but on the surgery day he asked to include calf after checking my body. One of my calves has been painful for 3-4 days, cramping type of pain, I feel like my calf muscle is pulling. I can't walk much. Any advice on why this happened and how long to recover?
