How much would it cost to have a fat transfer to a single breast? I have uneven breasts, my left is larger than my right by about 1-2 inches. What would be the best option for me to even them out? Left breast is about a b34, right is whatever would be 1-2 inches smaller than that

Answer: How much would a fat transfer be to one breast? Very hard to give exact fee structure without a posted photo. My guess is $4,000. But you may need bilateral surgery to gain symmetry. Best to seek ONLY IN PERSON opinions..

Answer: An excellent procedure and certainly a good question Fat transfer to breasts to create natural symmetry can be an excellent procedure, though there are inherent limitations. The most significant limitation is the amount of fat that can be transferred during any single procedure. We do not transfer more fat than would double the size of the breast. Of the fat that's transferred, only a certain percentage of it will stay, and part of it gets absorbed. Treating breast asymmetry with a single implant has inherent limitations as well. Breast implants are not put into the breast but rather behind the breast or behind the pectoralis muscle. This causes the breast to be pushed out, making it look much bigger. Fat transfer to the breast makes the breast tissue itself larger, potentially matching the opposite side better. Breast implants also have a finite lifespan and will eventually rupture. For the right patient, fat transfer to the breast can be an exceptional procedure. We routinely perform these procedures while patients are awake, using no needles, no scalpels and no sutures. The recovery is easy, and patients see an immediate improvement. As previously stated, a thorough exam is necessary before making a final assessment or recommendation.I hope that helps. Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom, M.D.
