Rib or ear cartilage for 1st revision rhinoplasty for alar retraction (V shaped nostril) and nasal valve collapse? (Photos)

I have alar retraction (one nostril is traingular and the nasal wall is flat) and nasal valve collapse on the other side of my nose. I consulted with 2 top surgeons one who specializes in mostly rin cartilage and had suggested using rib for my grafts and 2 others who suggested ear as my skin is thing. I understand that having rib in the tip is uncomfortable so I would prefer using ear but i also am wary of the nasal valve collapse requiring sometjing stronger.
