2 years post op tip still looks swollen but is it swelling? Would Kenalog help? (Photos)

I am 2 years post op revision rhinoplasty and my tip somehow still looks slightly bulbous and undefined. I’m wondering if kenalog injections might help or if this is only solvable through yet another rhinoplasty?
