How can I fix breasts that are far apart and have no fullness at the top? (Photos)

Hello there! You have nice full breasts that would do well with a lift and small reduction. Taking some weight off and repositioning the breast higher will improve your shape dramatically. You have enough breast tissue to fill the upper breast and should not need implants.

A breast lift will change the shape, placing your breasts higher. Space between  may appear better as this is limited by your anatomy.For more upper fullness, small implants or fat transfer can be added to the lift.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations. 

you need a breast lift without implants. This procedure has significant scars. You will probably lack upper fullness but you could always add an implant later if you wanted. 

Hi,I think that a breast lift combined with a bit of reduction will help you. If you try a lift alone without some sort of reduction, the breasts will drag down fairly quickly after the surgery.. The scars will be there, but if you do not engage in heavy athletic and lifting activity and follow the directions of  Board certified PS , they may not be as bad as you think. There are some silicone creams combined with taping that help you a great deal, as well as laser treatment to improve scarring.If you want to know what can happen after childbirth, no one can say for sure. It is a possibility that you may need to repeat the operation. You do have large, drooping breasts. A breast lift could bring you better breast position and comfort, along with smaller areolas. However, you need to keep in mind that a breast lift will leave very noticeable scars and may interfere with your ability to breastfeed. Also, a breast lift, despite what you may see when you hold up your breasts in front of the mirror, will not give you lasting increase in upper pole fullness. Finally, and this is an important point I make to all my breast patients, the separation between your breasts (or cleavage) is given to you by Mother Nature. No matter what the surgeon tries, short of fat grafting, the cleavage after surgery looks a lot like the cleavage before surgery. I suggest you get your bras fitted at a specialty lingerie store. You are absolutely much larger than a C or D cup. I bet you will discover that you are much happier in well-fitting bras that can support your breasts. All the best.

Judging by your photos, you appear to have plenty of volume for just a breast lift, no implants.  A breast lift will tighten the skin and bring the breast and nipple and areola to a higher position on your chest.  The lift will also give you more fullness up top (upper pole).  It will also help bring the breasts closer in the middle (cleavage).One thing to realize is that a breast lift alone will not give you the same amount of upper pole fullness that an implant can give.  If you wanted the augmented look then another option a 2 stage procedure.  You would undergo a large breast reduction with the same incisions as a lift (anchor) and then come back in 4 months to undergo a breast augmentation with implants.Hope that helps.

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity.
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
