I've already asked this question but this time and posting pictures. Why kind of breast lift would I be best suited for/least scarring. Lipo armpit left skin all saggy! Anyone in FL area help me?
Answer: Follow-up: Breast lift/axillary breast skin removal: what is the best option for minimal scarring? (Photos) The vertical lift can be used for more severe droopiness. This lift involves a vertical and a periareolar incision and is referred to as circumvertical or lollipop lift.An axillary (or armpit) incision can be used to remove a small ellipse of tissue. This arm lift is best utilized for patients who have loose skin confined to the arm pit area or uppermost aspect of the arm.Axillary brachioplasty produces only a small improvement, and the patient must be a good candidate.

Answer: Axillary tissue I would suggest minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening with Renuvion to help tighten and flatten that area. Liposuction can be added for any residual fat.

Answer: Best minimal scarring option is The Bellesoma Method The best option for minimal scarring is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The excess skin in the axillary area that you are concerned about is incorporated into the breast when lifted using this technique.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear luls777, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thatsbeing brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Hidden incision in armpit (axilla) Thank you for the excellent questions. I have found that axillary or armpit tissue can be removed (excised) with an incision which hides nicely in the armpit. Often I will use liposuction to decrease the fatty tissue on the region first, which then allows me to pull the extra skin tissue towards the armpit. Regarding the breasts, I would recommend either a vertical (lollipop) scar or a Wise (anchor) pattern for the skin excision for the lift. A circumareolar will not give a good result in this case and you will benefit from the vertical scar.
