I do not care if I have scars or my breast are very small but I think they look very ugly in their current state. They are so flat and droopy and not perky at all, I am aware this is common with Benelli and was ill advised to get one. I am concerned I do not have enough breast tissue or skin to make much improvement. I would like smaller nipples and more projection. I am happy to travel so international responses are welcome. I appreciate your opinions.
Answer: Benelli lift I am not a fan of the benelli lift or any other donut type lift but you actually got a really good result. I think you would do well to get slightly larger implants. If your nipple was too low I would advise converting to a lollipop type lift but I don’t think that’s the case in your situation.

Answer: Bellesoma Lift for failed Benelli I do not recommend a lollipop lift because it requires an unattractive vertical scar. Instead, I recommend The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: My recommendation Hello, thank you for your question and provided information as well.. Based in your question and the pictures you showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation with the lollipop lift since your breast look flat and i'd give it a more rounded look. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Cheerful8267, my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
