It is not unusual to have tip swelling 3 months after a rhinoplasty. The amount will vary depending on the patient's skin thickness and exactly what was done during the operation. Be patient for at least another 6 months.
Hair loss and a rhinoplasty procedure are 2 completely separate issues are not related to each other. Performing a rhinoplasty procedure will not improve or worsen hair loss.
Agree with my colleagues comments as well- it is still early in terms of swelling; I usually tell my patients that most of the swelling is present for the first 1-2 months and then gradually goes down over a year..
