How would I know if I have cellulitis ? Can a fat transfer to hips migrate to my thighs ? I also have a lump on my butt (Photo)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. By 6 months, the edema should be resolved and you should be seeing the final result. It is hard to tell without an in-person exam, but any areas of lumpiness would be most consistent with contour deformity and/or fat necrosis. It would be best to return to your surgeon for evaluation and discussion of treatment options.
