Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Our office specializes in non-surgical mole removal. Best,Dr. Raffy KaramanoukianRealself 100 Surgeon
Based on your photos, the mole on your nose appears raised. Raised moles can be shaved off and would not require stitches.
bumpy moles with color can be done on the nose but need a few sessions. I would shave the mole flat under local $250 and then lightly freeze the base of it in 2 sessions $100/session to help lighten up the resultant freckle appearance. That should minimize scarring and leave a very nice appearance.
This lesion is almost certainly a benign angiofibroma. Your dermatologist can remove it simply and safely using a variety of techniques, and a scar would be very unlikely if done by experienced & highly trained hands. Minor shave excision and electrocautery or laser are the best treatment. There are no creams or pills or injections that would remove this lesion.

A shave excision istypically the easiest and most cost effective way of removing the majority ofmoles on the nose such as yours. It will also give the best chance of minimizing thescar. With this method the mole is actually "shaved off" at alevel just below the surface of the skin. Stitching is not required. The tissue that has been removed canthen be sent for microscopic examination to make sure the mole is benign.Dermatologic surgeons are experts at doing this procedure.
In general, a raised mole on the cheek could be shaved off to produce the least amount of scarring. It is possible that some pigment could remain though. Excising the mole would remove it completely, but would require sutures to close the wound. I would recommend shaving the...
