My husband has had a raised mole on the end of his nose for many years. He's going to have it removed and has been to both a dermatologist and a plastic surgeon with one suggesting shaving it and the other cutting it out and stitching it. We are unsure what is the best approach for this particular mole due to it being on the end of the nose and of course it's not a flat area. It also has a few hairs that grow out of it and some large pore areas that produce a blackhead now and then.
