Swelling and bruising are common after lip injections and can take up to two weeks to resolve.  It appears your bruising is normal, but if you have further concerns follow up with your injector.  Intermittent use of ice during the first few days may help with swelling.

Redness, bruising and mild swelling are common side effects after the procedure. Tenderness, lumps, discoloration and itching are side effects that can possibly occur, but are less common. While it appears that you are experiencing common side effects that should subside within 2 to 4 weeks, please feel free to review with your board certified facial plastic surgeon to ensure that you are recovering smoothly and correctly.

It is normal to have bruising and swelling after lip injections, but I would encourage you contact your provider/doctor about your post-treatment course.  Signs like significant bruising, swelling and pain could be reasons to seek the guidance of your doctor.  It is always better to be safe and go to see your doctor before it would be too late.
