Hello, is it a risky for same person to undergo a second open rhinoplasty, what are possible result complications or unsatisfactory result. I want my tip to become shorter and cuter, I am afraid that after my second open nose job the tip might become bigger (adverse to what I want) because of the open technigue. I have medium to thick skin. my first open nose job was in 2015, and after it (septoplasty - rhinoplasty) nose was so swollen that it had no shape.

Based on your photo, you appear to have a wide appearance to your bridge and a pinched nasal tip appearance. I say that it appears pinched because the creases above your nostrils are Very deep. Tip pinching like this may be associated with nasal obstruction as well. The best advice is to consult with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what to expect moving forward with further surgery. I hope this helps! Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have collapsed nostrils and very pointy nose tip. For get rid of this image and gain more curved, elegant, slight nose I recommend you revision rhinoplasty surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation.
