Minimum advancement for genioplasty/chin wing?

I am interested in having a genioplasty or a chin wing to make my chin larger vertically. I am not noticeably recessed, so it would have to be a subtle maneuver. How many millimeters of movement is the minimum to consider surgery? 3mm? 4mm?
