Hello, i had a sliding genioplasty two year ago , the results weren't satisfying i ended up with a huge chin. One year ago, the doctor advised me to shave the bone a little from an incision under the chin, now i have droopy saggy skin that won't retract It's been 8 months now since the bone shaving procedure, what should i do

Non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers, skin tightening procedures (e.g., radiofrequency or ultrasound), or even botulinum toxin injections may be considered to improve the appearance and tighten the skin. In some cases, surgical intervention may be necessary to address the saggy skin. Procedures such as a neck lift could potentially help tighten the skin and improve the overall contour.

It is difficult to give you advice with just a single photo. Chin revision surgery is more difficult than primary surgery. You may need further reduction and removal of the previous bone plate. With true chin ptosis, I sometimes place an endotine to resuspend the soft tissue pad. Be sure to consult with a surgeon who does revision work.
