Hello, i had a sliding genioplasty two year ago , the results weren't satisfying i ended up with a huge chin. One year ago, the doctor advised me to shave the bone a little from an incision under the chin, now i have droopy saggy skin that won't retract It's been 8 months now since the bone shaving procedure, what should i do
