Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. You are still early in your recovery process. There is still swelling present. The swelling misguides the results of your procedure. It can take up to one year for all the swelling to go down. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.

hello renato,as you've read from the other surgeons, you're very early after rhinoplasty so try to be patient. the dorsum may not get higher, but the tip may get slightly lower.  it's important to go to your followups with your surgeon and have him/her help you through this recovery.best of luck!

Although recovery will depend on what was done during the rhinoplasty procedure, Rarely is 70% of swelling gone after 1 month. When the tip swelling resolves your profile will be straighter. I recommend patience at this time.

Dear Renato, Seventy percent of the swelling is gone in the first three to four months and then the final swelling starts to dissipate slowly after that with the tip swelling resolving lastly. Your bridge will not get higher however the tip swelling will resolve providing a straighter angle. Speak with your surgeon regarding your concerns as he/she knows best what techniques were used during your procedure and where you are in the recovery phase.
