Raising/pulling nasal bridge makes eyes look wider. Can an implant in the nasal bridge keep it in that position?

Permanently widening and elevating the upper nasal bridge. Yes this can be done with a radix graft on the nasal bridge. This is done using Cartiand soft tissue, but I need to see photos to determine if this is appropriate for you. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for the best results.

Thanks for asking. An implant here most likely will not achieve your goal in this case. An in person exam is needed to determine what you need. The soft tissue and muscle is not altered by nasal or facial implants in this way. Hope this helps. Best wishes

The nasal bridge can be augmented with patient's own cartilage, or a  synthetic Silastic implant  can accomplish building up the height of the bridge tends to make actual nose appear less wide because the height is increased. For examples of cartilage grafting, please see the link below

Lifting the nasal bridge up higher by pinching the skin will make the eyes look closer together. But the amount of actual nasal bridge augmentation to match that pinched result is often considerable...which may or may not be aesthetically reasonable by any type of nasal augmentation. Further picture analysis would have to be done see how much nasal bridge augmentation would be acceptable. Generally this works best in patients that have an abnormally low nasal bridge either naturally or by injury.

You bridge can be augmented to achieve the desired result. However, I would not place a synthetic implant because there are risks of movement, extrusion, or infection. Over many years I've successfully used the patient's own cartilage for a permanent natural result. I need to see pictures to determine your personal needs..

A nasal implant will augment the bridge of your nose. But, you will not achieve a 2 for 1 as you are hoping. The procedure that will widen your inner eyes is called a medial epicanthoplasty. Thanks for your question. Best wishes.
