About a year and a half ago, I got a functional rhinoplasty in which was successful. Due to paranoia of ruining it, I didn't put a finger inside my nose until about 6 months after the surgery. Only then did I remove boogers with my fingers. I started to pick up a habit of doing this to try to keep it clean and would pick my nose daily like most people. I'm concerned that this has ruined my results as my nose now droops significantly more when I smile and I feel like I'm moving somethings around

Many plastic surgeons will caution against eating spicy foods for a week after surgery because it may cause blood vessels to dilate (enlarge) and lead to bleeding. 10 months after your surgery, you should not have such problems. Spicy food at this point should not affect your final result.

I think you are right to be concerned, but if you are young and healthy it is probably not too big a risk. I'd be more worried about why that operation is estimated to take that long. It shouldn't.
