How long does it take for the broken bones to knit back together and are they ever as strong as before or is the nose prone to breaking relatively easier after this procedure? Also How long does it take before the nose no longer feels weird, i.e tingly numbness

It is always safer to put about 3-6 months between procedures. Even though your skin may look healed on the outside, on the inside there are significant changes that are still occurring. Your plastic surgeon has examined you so they will know best.
Short answer is a lot. Constant picking of your nose can actually cause injury to the delicate mucosa of the nose. If something is bothering you on the inside of your nose, you should seek evaluation by a rhinoplasty surgeon. Good luck.
Many plastic surgeons will caution against eating spicy foods for a week after surgery because it may cause blood vessels to dilate (enlarge) and lead to bleeding. 10 months after your surgery, you should not have such problems. Spicy food at this point should not affect your final result.
