Thank you for Shean for your question.Assuming your scars heal well and you have no personal or family history of dark or raised scars (keloids), you could consider a hairline incision, an advancement of your scalp forward (lowering the hairline) and at the same time, raising your eyebrows.  Two birds with one stone so to speak.Hair transplant is another option for lowering a hairline.Botox can also help in raising the outer part of the eyebrows but it is temporary.  I call it a Botox-Forehead lift.  You are quite young so the cost of Botox alone would not be astronomical.Let us know if this information was

The combination of concerns can be effectively addressed with a hairline lowering forehead lift. By this approach, you are decreasing the space between brows and hairline. I would strongly advise against endoscopic or regular browlift as it will raise your hairline further. Alternatively, you could consider hair restotration to lower your hairline alone. 

I agree with Dr. Kabaker. Hairline lowering with browlift is the way to go in a female patient with a high forehead and heavy brow. This surgery solves two problems at once!
