Hi there. I am looking for advice on what I can do to lift my jowls. I am only 26 so no surgeon wants to perform a facelift. I believe my jowls are loose skin from weight loss (went from 124lbs to 260lbs back to 135lbs) but it could potentially also be fat (I had a similar face shape when I was a child). My neck also has a lot of loose skin (as you can see). I feel like I look so old. :( Thanks for your help.
Answer: Ultraformer HIFU or Morpheus8 Hello, You would be a good candidate for either of the following in-clinic treatments. Ultraformer MPT is an advanced, non-invasive treatment designed to tighten and lift sagging skin, making it a suitable option for addressing concerns like jowls and jawline laxity. HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) delivers precise ultrasound energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten skin. Most patients experience little to no downtime, with some redness or mild swelling that typically subsides within a few hours to a day. Morpheus8 - A fractional RF microneedling device that delivers RF energy through ultra-fine needles to deeper layers of the skin. This dual-action approach stimulates collagen and elastin production, leading to firmer, smoother skin with reduced sagging and wrinkles - making it effective for addressing concerns like jowls and jawline laxity. Improvements become more noticeable over a few weeks as collagen production increases. Morpheus8 is suitable for individuals with mild to moderate skin laxity who are seeking a non-invasive alternative to surgery.

Answer: Treating loose skin along the jawline Thanks for your question. The main issue appears to be skin laxity. Consider procedures such as Sofwave or Morpheus8. These are both award winning "best in class" procedures to restore lost collagen and elastin to the skin, which will both smooth and tighten. I hope that helps!

Answer: What can I do to minimize the appearance of my jowls? Thank you for your picture! You could try either Morpheus8 treatments or a Neogen treatment that will help tighten the jowl area. You could also look into FaceTite to see if you are a candidate for that treatment which will help tighten the lower face and neck. Good luck!

Answer: Jowling Without an examination, it's difficult to say how much is skin vs. fat. That being said, given your weight loss (congratulations!), some of the issue sounds like some excess skin. Given your young age, I would recommend starting with minimally invasive options at first. Energy technologies to tighten the skin may work - such as radiofrequency microneedling. However, you may need a little more than just that. Energy-based liposuction could remove residual fat and tighten the skin. Additionally, you may want to look into MyEllevate - a minimally invasive neck-lifting procedure that can be combining with the above procedures.
