Thank you for your question and photos. Non-surgical options to improve wrinkles under the right eye include dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser resurfacing, and microneedling. RF microneedling combines radiofrequency energy and microneedling to produce excellent results in this treatment area as well. The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Botox in the crow's would not be expected to treat the under eye area, so I don't even know why that was even tried. At least from the one photo, there seems to be a suggestion of a "jelly roll" bulging (admittedly more prominent under the left eye), which arises from hypertrophy of the under eye muscle. If this is so, a couple of microdroplets of Botox, placed in the belly of the muscle (NOT crow's feet) may just do the trick. You would be wise to make sure that you are consulting an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.

Generally, getting toxins injected into the crow's feet can cause an appearance of excessive skin and wrinkled skin in the under eye area. We have not been able to successfully treat Wrinkles under the eyes with any neurotoxins such as Xeomin or Botox. Microneedling with radio frequency, Morpheus 8, is a relatively new technology that is promising for helping people with crepe wrinkles of the lower eyelid skin. I hope this is helpful! Great question. Even though botox and other neurotoxins would be a great option you can also do fillers on the lateral aspect of your cheeks and by the photo it seems you have some temple hollowness which sing fillers in this region will also give you and indirect pull on the skin and improve the appearance of those lines to some extent.

These are dynamic wrinkles directly under the eye . Filler and neurotoxins in that area are not good options .. lasers such as co2 , microneedling and even Ultherapy will help improve the skin . There are surgical options also but fillers in the tear trough area help with volume loss and not creapiness /wrinkles skin

You might want to consult for Plasma Pen. But the homerun would be a surgical procedure. Just to tighten up the skin under the eye. Consult with a plastic surgeon on either treatment.
