My right eyebrow really bothers me a lot and makes me insecure as it creates a lot of asymmetry on my eyebrow shape and eye shape. My right eyebrow seems to droop and is closer to my eye from the temple area in comparison to my left eyebrow which I love the shape of. I have had Botox done in the past but didn’t see a massive noticeable difference. I am 29 years old - what would be the best treatment for this?
Answer: HA Filler Can Lift & Reposition A Droopy Eyebrow Drooping eyebrows are a fairly common problem in any active cosmetic dermatology practice. Very often Botox injected properly and in the proper concentration and amount into the tail of the eyebrow will alleviate this condition. You would be wise to make sure that you have been consulting with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. If indeed, Botox does not work for you, then you can consider having an HA filler injected into the appropriate area of the outer third of the eyebrow to lift and reposition the upper outer third of the eyebrow --which incidentally will what I will be doing for myself right after I finish this answer for my own droopy left eyebrow. Generally takes no more than about five minutes to perform in experienced hands with immediate results. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer: How to lift a drooping brow line: Know all your treatment options Thank you for your question. While we all have a degree of asymmetry you do have options to make your brow line more balanced if this is a concern that bothers you. Botox is not the only treatment and if you didn't get satisfactory results, another procedure may be worth considering. A surgical brow lift can elevate the eyebrows. While you are young for surgery, this option could provide a long-lasting solution to your concern. You could also consider a non-surgical brow lift using injectable fillers to reshape the brows. I suggest scheduling a consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon to determine the best treatment plan for you.

Answer: Asymmetry We are all asymmetrical to some degree and yours is very mild. You may want to try another injector for your Botox. Be sure they are experienced and understand your treatment goals. Other options may be a surgical brow lift but you don't appear to be a candidate at this time.

Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Facial symmetry question There isn’t a person on this planet, who has symmetry in the face or their body. It’s not just your eyebrow but your eyes, your ears, and the fullness of your face that are also asymmetric, and that is absolutely normal. I would not recommend that you start chasing the symmetry and receive all these unnecessary treatments as they can only bring more trouble into your life. Enjoy your life and focus on broadening your horizons. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
