A mini arm lift might work well for you. You can test it yourself by pulling the skin near your armpit up into your armpit. If that corrects what is bothering you without having to put excessive tension on the skin then it will probably be a good option.

If the skin is in the armpit, then that excess can be removed directly and not as arm lift. If you have excess arm skin, then that can be added.  If you do not have too much excess skin, the minimally invasive radiofrequency skin tightening like Renuvion might work very well for you.

An in person exam or photos are needed to determine the best procedure to recommend for your arms.  If there is minimal laxity under the arms you may be a candidate for skin excision that would be limited to the underarms.
