I have a lot of muscle but I would like some fat removed. Will it help? Is there enough fat to be removed?

Based on your pictures, it doesn’t look like you are a good candidate for a brachioplasty (arm lift). I would recommend BodyTite.

Excessive arm skin seems not a prominent issue in your case. There might be a slight presence of arm fat, but not substantial. Considering this, I believe your arms would respond well to arm liposuction. Specifically, I recommend Vaser high-definition arm liposuction.

We would need to know a little bit more about your medical history, for instance, if you fluctuated and weight or lost large amounts of weight which can contribute to the skin becoming loose, however, if none of those have occurred, perhaps just liposuction with J plasma would do which is a technology combined with Liposuction to help tighten the skin!

Hi, on your submitted images, you do have toned arms. Good job on that. There is moderate fatty tissue in the arms but no excess skin. This is good because you do not need an arm lift surgery to involve an incision. Liposuction can address the excess fat, and since your skin tone is good and free of stretch marks, the skin will tighten up soon after.

An arm lift or a brachioplasty is always a good option to remove excess skin and fat from the upper arms, but you have to be willing to accept the resulting scars. A traditional arm lift scar runs down the entire length of the arm and is typically on the underside or inner part of the arm. There are midified versions of arm lifts where a wedge of tissue is removed from the arm pit area but this technique does not remove as much tissue as the traditional surgery. The other option to consider is liposuction +/- J plasm or renuvion. This option allows for removal of excess fat with the liposuciton and then the J plasma is used to help tighten up the skin. Based on your photos, I think you would be a good candidate for the last option seeing as you do not seem to have a large amount of excess skin and fat in the area.

Good morning, looking at your photos, you do have muscle mass, but there are some discreet deposits of fat and minimal flaccidity, and since you have a fitness body, I suggest you have laser liposuction of your arms and it would improve your contour and the result would be very satisfactory when defining your body in this area.
