Based on these pictures, it would seem as if you have an excess of skin relative to fat. The only way to treat this would be skin removal with a formal brachioplasty. While this will leave a long scar, it will correct the contour deformity well. I would recommend losing all of the weight you can prior to pursuing surgery. Also, depending on the amount of skin at the apex of the armpit, you may need an extension of the incision onto the chest wall to get all of the skin out.

Looking at your photos, you seem to have stretch marks on your arm skin close to your armpit but not close to your elbow.
