Do I have a negative canthal tilt? Thinking about getting a canthoplasty. (photos)

Just to preface, I do have body dysmorphia. However, some people have pointed out I have a NCT, and I honestly can’t tell if it’s there or not. If I don’t have one, is there something else like ptosis? I don’t want to jump into getting a surgery if there’s nothing to work on.

Eye shape is determine by set of complex structures. Change is possible but there are limitations and risks. Best to have personal evaluation to determine realistic plans.
