Just to preface, I do have body dysmorphia. However, some people have pointed out I have a NCT, and I honestly can’t tell if it’s there or not. If I don’t have one, is there something else like ptosis? I don’t want to jump into getting a surgery if there’s nothing to work on.

Answer: Canthoplasty for negative canthal tilt to positive canthal tilt
It appears you have negative canthal angle tilt. There are several ways to address it depending on what your in-person exam shows. Ask what an oculoplastic expert what fix has the least downside and the longest lasting results. See some before and after photos of their work.
