I had BBL About 3 years ago. I am not happy with the results. I wanted to know if it would be possible to fix it so that it does not look like a chicken butt. Please advise!

Answer: Revision BBL I would need to see you in person and discuss exactly what you dislike about your buttock size and more importantly the shape. I see several areas that could be improved, but I see things differently than you. Best wishes. Dr. Taranow

Answer: BBL revision The Primary area you brought up of concern which is Drew penis of the lower in her buttocks can only be corrected with a tuck. The best description of the procedure is a YouTube video by Dr. Mendieta called the Miami thong lift. I suggest you watch that video to get a better understanding of how that area is treated then find a plastic surgeon who can help you with it. Not all plastic surgeons will have experience with this so you’ll need to call around. It’s easy to play Monday morning quarterback but to me your BBL does not transition correctly to your thighs and is somewhat overdone. All too often plastic surgeons will purposely liposuction the upper thigh in order to make the buttocks look larger. This creates a very unnatural transition from the bottom to the thigh which should be a sloping smooth S curve. When discussing the outcome of a procedure patients should always post proper before and after pictures. It’s very difficult to discuss the outcome of a procedure that reference I want someone looked like before. It’s very difficult to discuss the outcome of a procedure that reference I want someone looked like before. If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then ask your provider to forward the ones they took. The chicken butt or droopy Ness of the lower inner buttocks cannot be corrected with Liposuction or fat transfer. Patients who have this should be told that this requires a different procedure so that they have a clear understanding of what a BBL can and cannot deliver. Follow up with your provider or schedule second opinion in person consultations with other local providers. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
