Too big after revision - is there a way to reverse a BBL naturally? (Photos)

Question

I had my first lipo/BBL in January of 2020 Did not like the results due to the buttocks sagging. Had a revision in May of 2021 Loved the lipo 360 results but I noticed the BBL was extremely bigger than my proportions. No problem. Surgeon said it’s the swelling. To this day its too big. I am depressed and so insecure about my body. I tend to workout and tried in a way to get rid of the BBL fat. But I lose fat everywhere as well. Would Lipo be the only option or what can I do naturally?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You cannot change your own fat distribution. That can really only be done through surgical intervention.
