I had a bbl in 2020 and had 450ccs transferred on each side of my butt. I am looking to go a little bigger. I know I don’t have much fat but I would ideally like to have an additional 600ccs atleast in each side. Based off my pictures could this be possible?
Answer: Second BBL A significant number of patients who have had second BBL’s learn to regret the decision and ask for a third procedure to reduce the size of the bottom. Others are very happy with the results. The biggest difference is getting an honest assessment and having quality work done. More fat can be harvested from your upper torso and one more round of Lipo from your abdomen waist and hips. It looks like you’re under arm and back we’re probably not treated the first time. After that arms and inner thighs are go to areas and can probably create at least as much fat as the first procedure. In order for us to make a good assessment on the outcome of a procedure patients should post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have your before and after pictures please contact your surgeon and ask them to forward the one state took. From what I see I would be apprehensive to add that much fat. Women who have curvy bodies do so because of a skeletal structure that has inherent curves not because of an abnormal fat distribution. Trying to compensate for having a straight skeletal structure by stacking fat on the buttocks does not create the same look as having a curved skeletal structure. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
