Will staph infection affect my 350cc silicone breast implants under the muscle or ability to remove them in the future?

it is hard to tell without an examination. Antibiotics and local treatment can cure the infection and prevent it from spreading but it can also spread to implant pocket which might require removal. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment.

Bacteria, especially Staph, live in nipples in all women, especially in those who have breastfed children. This is why before surgery, antibiotics are prescribed and are continued a while after surgery. For Future surgery, antibiotics will be used and hopefully you will do very well.

The infection can be treated by your doctor and hopefully will not spread to the implant. Regardless it will not impact your ability to have the implants removed if you choose to do so in the future. I encourage you to visit with your plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
