I had breast implants 5 years ago 350 cc under the muscle and everything has been fine. Since that time I have had a baby and am breast feeding and recently been diagnosed with staph in my nipples. Will this effect my implants? Will this effect my ability to have my implants removed in the future?

Even with implants placed over the muscle, you still may have some animation distortion when you flex your muscles since scar tissue is attached to your muscles. However, for most women, placing the implants over the muscle helps hide some of this. It is not a "for sure" thing.
Your own tissue has sagged and can be relifted. Just based on your photos, your nipples are not too high and were placed in the proper location. The inferior incision can be extended to remove excess skin lateral to your breast. If you want to be smaller, more breast tissue can also be removed.
