I have animation deformity and some scar adhesion/irregularities after removing subpectoral implants that were too big for me and caused problems. My main issue with implants was animation deformity which continued after explant. I am looking for solutions. Will placing implants over the muscle eliminate the animation deformity for sure?

Your own tissue has sagged and can be relifted. Just based on your photos, your nipples are not too high and were placed in the proper location. The inferior incision can be extended to remove excess skin lateral to your breast. If you want to be smaller, more breast tissue can also be removed.
