Nipples too high and breasts are not the size what I wanted after explant. Can I go back to my surgeon to get it fixed? (photos)

In 2013 I had a breast augmentation. About 6 months after getting my implants i went on for 7 years always being sick. Some disease, random rash etc. They were toxic and in May 2020 I had an explant, capsulectomy and lift. Well I am not happy. I asked for a small B, didn’t get it. Also, immediately post op my nipples were placed TOO HIGH they pop out in anything and i have alot of fat under my arm from years of stretched skin. What can be done? I’m miserable (Pics: 5 day post op - 1 year later)
