Will my permanent crowns come out? Is it safe to wiggle them with much finger to see if they are loose?

I had my top two front teeth crowned about 2/3 yrs ago and when I bite down they both (the right one more) feels loose like it’s going to come out they both feel that way, I’m scared to eat, because of it, they are permanent crowns also. What should I do if they come out?

Hi:Your pregnancy might be contributing to more bleeding and inflammation.  My suggestion to make sure to keep the gum clean and replace the crown after your pregnancy with a crown with tighter contact so food does not get trapped in between your teeth.Best,Dr. Maddahi
