What do I do as I think I was given the wrong-size implant?

I'm sorry your PS was such a jackass- if you were an A before then 415cc could not have been expected to make you any more than a small C- and the pockets were created with such poor technique that now your implants sit way too high and way too far apart. I'm sure you feel as though you look worse now than you did before, and you feel like that money and time was wasted. Sounds like your surgeon doesn't know how to perform breast augmentations or just doesn't care. I fix a lot of problems, and I would open up your pockets inferiorly and medially, so that you have more lower pole fullness and better cleavage, and go up in size- maybe the 600cc range?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

There is quite a difference between your before and after photos. You can ask for a copy of your operative note to see if 415 cc implants were used. As surgeons, we cannot guarantee what cup size you will wear since bras are not manufactured to specific sizes but as to what each companies designs. The range in sizes for "large C/small D" is quite wide. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.
