Hi I am 5'2 116 pounds. I recently did a breast augmentation and got 415ccs in both sides. I'm 1 month post op. I understand that it is still dropping/fluffing but I feel like it is a lot smaller then the try on. I went under the muscle and I feel like I lost a lot of volume. I don't want to look top heavy but I do like the "fake look." This size just fits my body but I want it a bit bigger. Would going to 520ccs make a difference or should I go with 560ccs?
Answer: Implants First, you should give yourself time to heal and let your implants settle. Your implants are still quite high and tight. Second, for your frame, I would not suggest going larger with such heavy implants. You will notice the weight on your neck and shoulders, and your tissue may sag from the weight. Long term, you will do best with this size. Don't go bigger.

Answer: Will 100cc increase in breast implants make a difference? (Photo) It really depends upon the anatomy of the patient. On the average, it takes a 100cc increase for a person to notice a visible difference. Try on a profile bra with 520cc and 560cc sizers under a tailored blouse, tight sweater, swimsuit, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: Going Bigger Good afternoon! The general rule is that it takes 100cc to even see a difference, and 200cc to make a cup size, and the fact that you're even asking this question means you should choose the 560s!

Answer: Implant size and type Dear lyssaenn, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Will 100cc increase in breast implants make a difference? It seems to me to be far too soon to make that judgement. Allow the implants to settle into place as it will take time for swelling and implant location to move the upper pole of the breast away from the "fake look" as you say and to push out on the lower pole breast tissue.
