I don't mind the right sided view, but its the sharper little bump on the left side that bothers me. Also what would the recovery be for that type of procedure versus regular rhinoplasty?

Answer: Rhinoplasty candidate Dear the218hatr, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you are a great candidate for a rhinoplasty. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Bump on nose Hello and thanks for the question. Sometimes small irregularities and bumps along the bridge of the nose can be removed in the office setting under local anesthesia. Its difficult to tell without a full examination if you would be a candidate for this. If you are and its the only thing that is done, the recovery would be quite short. Some swelling and perhaps some bruising for a few days with minimal pain. I recommend a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty to discuss further
