If I were to invest in one procedure to increase my overall attractiveness, what would you suggest?

Thanks for your question. Based on the photo, I think that you have attractive facial features that could be enhanced with some procedures. Seeing other views of the face would be helpful to try and get a better idea of the 3D structure of the face. Having said that, I think that a rhinoplasty would help as would buccal fat removal.

Only the patient could make a determination about which surgical procedure would be helpful. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish refinement of the nasal tip, shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose.
