When is it safe to have sex after a BBL and TT?

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well...based in your question after a TT  and bbl you can have sex after 21 days after surgery if every scars was closed and dryed.

Thank you for your question. Typically, you can gradually ease into activities such as exercise and sexual intercourse between 2-3 weeks after a Brazilian butt lift. For a tummy tuck I would suggest waiting closer to 6 weeks. Please talk with your surgeon about their recovery protocol. Hope this helps,Dr. German Newall  

Thank you for your question. Every surgeon has his or her own post-operative protocol but we recommend no strenuous activity for 6 weeks post-op. This also includes any gym activity. Please check with your plastic surgeon before resuming any activity.

Thank you for your question.  It is best to follow up with your plastic surgeon for this question, as each plastic surgeon has his or her own postoperative protocol.  In my practice, I recommend patients wait until they are comfortable and are at least 3 weeks post-op to resume sexual activity.  Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. Every surgeon will have his/her own preferences as to recovery for specific procedures. Basically I tell women that they can return to sexual activity when they are comfortable.  I would suggest to be relatively careful with everything until everything is really settled at two months.  So, basically, take it slow and if it hurts, stop...  No restrictions after two months.

I always recommend to my patients to start doing exercises two weeks after PO, gradually: first, gentle walks without sweating, then, you can go to the gym to do aerobics, and, after four months you can stats with machines exercises and start with light weights, and, if there are no problems, only six months after PO may charge "free weights". Post operative activity protocols will vary from surgeon to surgeon and procedure to procedure. In my practice patients are encouraged to avoid exercise for approximately 4 weeks and strenuous activity for 6 weeks. With regards to the BBL in particular direct pressure should be avoided for at least 2 weeks. Ultimately, the question of sexual activity is a function of how intense the activity.The best advice is to consult with your board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Hello and thanks for your question.  Every patient heals differently and so you should follow up closely with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and address your questions post surgery.  Some patients wait at least one month and others wait longer.  Please consult with your surgeon regarding your healing progress.
