I want a tummy tuck because of my c-section hang. However, my hip dips are very deep, and I hate how they look in clothing. I’m undecided about which to get done first. I really don’t want to have multiple surgeries.

It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

I would address both issues at the same time. I would perform an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the thighs for contour and possible fat grafting to the hip indentations. This is commonly performed at the same time with excellent results. I would see a plastic surgeon in your are and discuss these procedures.

In a situation like yours, the area that looks like a "hip dip" is usually a relative depression &mdash; the fullness above it makes the indentation look deeper. Reducing the fat in the area just above the dip with liposuction and placing fat into the hollow itself will, in most cases, improve your overall body contour substantially.
Ideally, a tummy tuck and a BBL/fat grafting are done in separate sessions. However, if you do not want two operations, a single-session combination of a tummy tuck, liposuction, and fat injection can give you much nicer curves. We do this for many patients, and even when we tell them that a second fat-grafting session might be needed, about 99% don't come back for it because they are already happy with the result.
One honest piece of advice: it may help to lose a little more weight before surgery, because your abdomen looks as though there is some intra-abdominal (visceral) fat. Visceral fat sits around the organs and cannot be removed with surgery &mdash; it only decreases with diet and exercise &mdash; so reducing it beforehand will let your abdomen look flatter and give you a noticeably better result. An in-person evaluation with a plastic surgeon can confirm the right plan and timing for you.

From the submitted photo you appear to be a good candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  This would address excess subcutaneous fat and skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.  Liposuction can be added to enhance contours.  The procedures can safely be combined into one surgical day.
