I have written a few papers about penis enlargement, augmentation phalloplasty, and evidence-based outcomes. Safety is always the priority. Circumsized or not circumsized can both undergo penile enlargement procedures.Penis enlargement surgery can offer modest improvements in both length and girth, but there are risks and limitations that should be carefully considered. Always go to an experienced provider. Complications can be devastating.Lengthening Surgery: The most common method involves cutting the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone, which can result in an increase of about 1 inch in flaccid length. However, this may not significantly affect erect length. Additionally, some men experience a "drooping" effect where the penis no longer rises in erection, but instead points downward.Girth Enhancement: This can be achieved through fat grafting (using the patient’s own fat) or the insertion of dermal fillers or collagen-based materials. These techniques can add circumference, though fat grafts may have issues with uneven absorption, and synthetic fillers can lead to complications like infection, ulceration, or extrusion. The use of Alloderm (a type of cadaveric tissue) has been controversial due to risks of tissue reabsorption or complications.Minimally Invasive Alternatives: Non-surgical treatments, like platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections or fillers, are also options for improving penis girth and overall appearance. These methods generally have shorter recovery times and lower complication risks compared to surgery. While surgery can lead to some visible improvements, the results may not meet all expectations, and the risks of complications are significant. For those seeking a modest increase in size, non-surgical options may offer safer alternatives. Consulting with an experienced surgeon is essential to determine the best course of action.Krishna Vyas, MD, PhD, MHSHarvard, Hopkins, & Mayo Clinic Trained Aesthetic Plastic SurgeonNew York, New York
Fat transfer to the penis with PRP (STIF) is a safe and predictable surgery to improve penis size. One be be uncircumsized for the procedure. That is not an issue.
Circumcision or not does not affect penis enlargement. Penis enlargement can be achieved with fillers, but it mostly increases girth. It has been found that botox injections into the penis increase length and erection strength. #Staybeautiful @RealDrWorldWide
One limitation of filler injection for augmentation is whether the patient is circumcised. If the patient is not circumcised, the filler can migrate into the foreskin and may cause a condition called phimosis, which is the thickening of the foreskin, making it impossible for the head of the penis to be extruded. This creates difficulty in cleaning the area, resulting in irritation or infection of this area. The only effective treatment is to do a circumcision. Therefore, when a patient does not want circumcision, injection of filler should either not be done, or done only under the condition that the patient agrees to a circumcision if phimosis occurs. Another way to increase the girth of the penis is by a minor surgery in which a sleeve of collagen (such as Alloderm or Surgimend) is inserted and wrapped around the penis just above the Buck’s fascia and underneath the skin. This, by itself, will increase the volume and, therefore, the girth of the penis. In addition, the presence of this layer of collagen stimulates the body to form more collagen and, therefore, further increase the girth. Injection of fat or filler on top of the sleeve at the same time as surgery further increases the girth of the penis and can also even out any unevenness, especially at the edge of the sleeve. This insertion of the sleeve and injection of filler can increase the girth by a great amount and the penis will feel natural without the “mooshiness” associated with injection of filler alone. If the patient wishes to have a greater increase in girth, the treatment of choice is insertion of the sleeve plus injection of filler. The insertion of the sleeve can be done via a small incision just above the base of the penis within the pubic hair, and is thus camouflaged by the hair and becomes virtually invisible. For elongation of the penis, whether the patient is circumcised or not has no bearing on the procedure. This is done by detachment of the suspensory ligaments which is not affected by the presence of the foreskin. Details of this can be found in my website.
Many clients who get the Prometheus procedure are uncircumcised. They are advised that there will be a tapered look as no filler can be placed in the foreskin area; otherwise, the foreskin would become solid and not retract. Regarding size, filler amount is tailored to each client.
Depending on how far you want to travel you can call our clinic. Zinnia Aesthetics and Ant-Aging Clinic .703 992 9815. We are located in Fairfax, Va. Not being circumcised is not a major issue.
Although some doctors insist that you get circumcised prior to getting a penis enlargement procedure, it is completely not necessary. We have been performing penis enhancement procedures using dermal filler with great results on uncircumcised men for years. It is all in the technique and knowing not to inject into the prepuce. When fillers are injected too close to the circumcision scar in circumcised patients, part of the foreskin can actually grow back. Whether you are circumcised or not does not matter as much as the skill of the doctor performing the procedure.
Before surgical placement of the Himplant (penile enlargement implant), it is important to undergo circumcision. As a result of the increase in girth from implant placement, a patient can develop phimosis, or, the inability to retract the foreskin. This makes the area difficult to clean which results in discomfort, compromised hygiene and an elevated risk of infection. It is necessary to allow at least 10-12 weeks after circumcision prior to placement of the Himplant to allow for proper healing.
First of all, it is not important to be uncircumcised for penis enlargement surgery. The presence of the foreskin does not interfere with the surgical procedure.
