Dr. De Fazio is an Ivy League-educated surgeon and attorney who founded Miami Men’s with the objective of creating the world’s foremost center devoted to male cosmetic surgery, sexual health, and wellness.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and law degree at the Georgetown University Law Center, Dr. De Fazio was admitted to the New York State bar and worked as a corporate attorney. He eventually followed his passion for medicine, returning to the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons for his medical training.
Dr. De Fazio completed his training in general surgery and urologic surgery at the University of Minnesota where he acquired extensive experience in reconstructive surgery with a particular focus on penile surgery, prosthetic urology, and urethral reconstruction.
Apart from his proficiency in cosmetic urologic surgery, Dr. De Fazio excels as a hair restoration surgeon, having received training from a leading figure in robotic hair surgery.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
