I am 180cm and approximately 155 pounds. My penis is 17cm bone pressed measurement. However, I have a fatty pubic pad especially around the base of my pennis, which causes me to lose around 3cm in length. Is it possible to bring down the thickness of the pubic fat to 1cm or less around the base of my penis and general area around my pubic bone and remove access skin for increased exposure of my true penis, via liposuction, mammoplasty. If any doctors are familiar and can assist, please reach out

Answer: Can fat be removed in the pubic area to increase penis visibility? What you describe is relatively common. Removing the fat by liposuction and lifting the pubic skin surgically can be done relatively easily but there will be some scarring which can be minimize by careful surgical techniques. This is something plastic surgeons do frequently.

Answer: Grower and shower Fat grafting to the penis has recently become popular in some parts of the country. A study showed poor cosmetic and functional result after irregular resorption of grafted fat. The external appearance of the penis remained stable for months, even though later biopsy revealed all the grafted fat to be dead. The operation, although technically easy to perform, has many serious potential side effects that should be understood. Dr. Malik recommends the Prometheus procedure to increase girth. Prometheus by Dr. Malik offers a non-surgical, permanent penis enlargement procedure that results in a longer and thicker penis when erect and flaccid. The procedure is minimally invasive, performed right in our office, and requires minimal recovery.
