Your scars are a little larger than typical and placed a little high in my opinion.
It would’ve been better if your incisions were placed in your pubic region.
I’m guessing that you had VASER liposuction.
When this device is used, this skin needs to be protected by first inserting as skin protection port.
These devices are quite large. About half an inch.
They are necessary to avoid burning the skin when using ultrasound assisted Liposuction.
Scars typically take 12 to 18 months before they are mature.
Whenever discussing spa formation, it’s pretty important to know how far out you are from your procedure.
Scars typically look the worst at about two months, and then gradually fade over the next 12 to 18 months.
Ideally incision sites and the scars from them should’ve been reviewed during the in person consultation and should’ve been recognized when looking at lots of before and after pictures.
There’s not much you can do about the appearance or position of your scars at this point.
Hypertrophic scars respond well to silicone sheeting, but silicone does not improve hyperpigmentation.
It looks like you have some other scars from other procedures that are even higher on your abdomen.
I suggest giving your scars sufficient time to fade out before making a final assessment.
