Can I get a BBL if I have butt and hip implants?

It's hard to appreciate fully from the photo, but I think you would likely not have enough donor fat for a BBL procedure. I would recommend discussing this with the surgeon who placed the implants as they may have additional suggestions beyond filler/fat transfer/implant removal.

The simple answer is yes.
Different providers may have different opinions and having implants in place may create unique challenges and may limit what is possible to some degree.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
The number of plastic surgeons have truly mastered Liposuction and fat. Transfer is quite small.
I highly recommend patients vet providers thoroughly and not selective provider until they’ve had multiple consultations.
