Can I get a BBL if I have butt and hip implants?

In sept 2022 I got butt and hip implants that look quite fake unfortunately. I have to cover it in a thick layer of radiasse for it to look decent. Is it possible for me to get a bbl to hide the outline of the implants instead ? The butt implants are in the muscle. I don’t know what to do :(

With skinny BBL procedure you can improve your body shape. Changing your waist and hip ratio is possible with liposuction for 360 and fat injection for hip. Fat injection capasity is limited but sculpting with lipo give u more hourglass shape
