Hi, I had my bbl 1 year ago. Still last month each side of my hips were still feeling hard and hips looked bigger. Now, I don't feel that hardness in my hips anymore, and feel the size went down. I am not sure what happened, I lost little weight, but before even I lose weight the hips were hard and prominent and now I feel that part it's soft to the touch, not prominent anymore

It's hard to appreciate fully from the photo, but I think you would likely not have enough donor fat for a BBL procedure. I would recommend discussing this with the surgeon who placed the implants as they may have additional suggestions beyond filler/fat transfer/implant removal.
